The South Golden Neighborhoods Plan was most recently published in 2012. At the time of its release, the South Golden Neighborhoods area was generally seen as stable from a development perspective. Most of the properties were built out and seen as thriving. In total, the plan identified three major areas of change that at the time of this writing are mostly built out themselves. The focus of the 2020 update to the South Golden Neighborhoods Plan will be the West Colfax corridor and it's adjacent properties, but we will definitely analyze the remaining neighborhood to determine if there are improvements that are needed elsewhere.
