The Historic Preservation Board of the City of Golden will hold a Public Hearing at a meeting on Tuesday October 15, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. at Golden City Hall, 911 10th Street, Golden, Colorado to review a certificate of appropriateness for a small addition on the southwest side of the house in the East Street Historic District. The next step is to apply for a Form Zone Site Plan to review zoning.
