The Historic Preservation Board of the City of Golden held a Public Hearing at a meeting on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. at Golden City Hall, 911 10th Street, Golden, Colorado to review a certificate of appropriateness a new detached accessory structure in the for a 1-story, stucco, accessory dwelling unit. The Board approved the request. The next step is to apply for a Form Zone Site Plan to review zoning.
