Chapter 2 - Neighborhood Characteristics

This chapter provides an overview of the existing conditions in the West Downtown neighborhood. An analysis of the neighborhood's current zoning, land uses, and transportation infrastructure is provided. This Chapter sets up the recommendations for future programs and projects explored in Chapter 3.
