PC24-27: 2120 Bonvue Dr. Vacation and Major Adjustment Request
The Planning Commission of the City of Golden will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 16, 2024 at 5:30 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 911 10th Street, Golden, Colorado to consider a request to vacate a portion of Bonvue Drive right-of-way in front area of 2120 Bonvue Drive to accommodate a detached garage which also requires a major adjustment to setbacks and placement. The Planning Commission will review the request and make a recommendation to City Council.
