The Golden City Council held a Public Hearing on Tuesday October 22, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 911 10th Street, Golden, Colorado to consider a final plat and subdivision development agreement for 3.68 acres to allow for redevelopment. Platting ensures that proper easements and dedications occur for utilities and that the various deeded parcels are merged into a single legal lot of record. The subdivision development agreement details all public improvements for utilities, sidewalks and landscaping to be completed for the redevelopment. The Plat was approved.
