PC 23-09 - Annexation & Zoning Neighborhood Meeting - 5079 Hwy 93 - Under Construction

The City of Golden has received a potential application for an annexation and zoning to M1 (Limited Industrial) and C1 (Limited Commercial) of an approximately 50 acre parcel located at 5079 Hwy 93. The neighborhood meeting is an opportunity for neighbors to view conceptual plans and provide feedback to the Applicant about a potential zoning application neighborhood prior to submission of the project to the City for review.

Meeting is March 22, 2023 at 5pm-online.
